Stand Up Paddling
SUP or Stand Up Paddling is a sport that involves standing up (or kneeling down) on a board and using a paddle to propel you forward. It is a full body sport that is a great form of cardio and can be enjoyed individually or with friends and family. We have 3 types of courses for you to choose from:

Stand Up Paddling Yoga
As the name suggests, this is a sport that combines both yoga and stand up paddling. Take your yoga practice to the next level with the added challenge of balancing on water. If you have no yoga experience, fret not. This is suitable for people with no yoga experience as well. Channel your inner flow through the open sea on a stand up paddle board.
